  • Miles Raizada, M.D.

    Dr. Raizada found a passion for addiction medicine while he was a medical student at the Betty Ford Center. He went to medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency training at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas, and is currently board-certified in emergency medicine. He is SAMHSA certified. His primary focus is to ensure all practitioners are providing evidence-based treatment.

  • Tom White, P.A.

    Tom White, P.A. has been practicing addiction medicine for the last 7 years. He got his NCCPA Physician Assistant degree from the University of Washington. He truly has a heart for patients that suffer from addiction. He has been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to treat patients who suffer from addiction. His approach to addiction medicine is truly patient-centered and compassionate.

  • Jacob Mumm, M.D.

    Dr. Mumm is currently the medical director of Olive Branch Recovery. He went to medical school at University of Texas at Houston, and completed his residency training at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. He is currently board-certified in emergency medicine, and is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has been certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to treat patients who suffer from addiction.

  • Ken Dakin, P.A.

    Ken Dakin, P.A. received his NCCPA Physician Assistant degree from UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Ken has a heart for helping patients who struggle with multiple kinds of addictions in their life. He has practiced emergency medicine and addiction medicine in the Dallas area for 15 years. He is SAMHSA trained and certified. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and playing chess.
